They were kind enough to stay late for us as we have busy work schedules. They not only reviewed our current policies but discussed where we are in our lives, what our goals for the future are, and we choose to add additional coverage based on those goals. We were advised on the available coverages and given options for our current budget with our future goals in mind. There was no pressure or up-selling. They were both very kind and professional.
