Victor Gutierrez de Luque This is the first time Ive posted a positive review for an insurance agent. My previous experiences over the years were lets just say not good. My current agent, Kristian Sinardo at State Farm, New Hartford NY, is nothing short of a stellar performer. Hes handled issues for me that were left unresolved for long periods of time. Id given up hope that theyd ever be fixed. Kristian changed all that. Kristian keeps working the issues and remains in contact until he resolves it. He doesnt pass it off to somebody else or blow you off, he keeps after it until its resolved. I appreciate his support and everything that hes done to simplify my insurance needs. I highly recommend Neil Campbell - Start Farm, ask for Kristian.

Adil Rahman Ive been a client of this agency for nearly over 5 years. I have absolutely no complaints, from the first day Ive worked with Melanie and she has been absolutely wonderful, always prompt with following up, always diligent in her work, and continues to help you until whatever problem you have is resolved. The agency is certainly a bang for your buck, they find you the lowest rates and their customer service is beyond excellent. Throughout my time with them, Ive probably only had 2 or 3 issues that was on the insurance companys part and each problem was resolved in less than 72 hours, even if their whole team has to play a part in making sure your problem is resolved. That entire team is amazing. If you dont like dealing with the tedious processes and headaches insurance companies put you through, I highly highly recommend this agency.
