Dianita has been the only person that has been able to help me out with either a payment question or any questions I have about my insurance. I had dealt with other companies and insurance agents and nothing but pain. The pandemic has been so hard but Dianita always been very understandable. Margaret Lacey Berman I usually pay all of my insurance invoices directly on the Nationwide website. This year we were lucky enough to pay off our mortgage so I needed to pay our home insurance directly. The website had not been updated and would not permit me to pay the insurance invoice. So whenever I have an issue I call Frank Manos he always can help me with my insurance challenges. In a matter of minutes Frank updated the situation he was able to accept my payment (I did not want it to be late) and made sure I was set up for next years payment. Frank Manos has always been an outstanding insurance agent and it is a pleasure working with him.

However I’d stay away from the middle age white lady with the accent, she always rushes you and refuses to help if you ask questions, I wish she could get fired from that great company. ❤️Besides that, I love this insurance company. We have better coverage at a cheaper rate with Erie Insurance which has a great reputation. He was super helpful every step of the way and was also very patient with me asking questions and never made me feel like a bother.
