Victor Gutierrez de Luque This is the first time Ive posted a positive review for an insurance agent. My previous experiences over the years were lets just say not good. My current agent, Kristian Sinardo at State Farm, New Hartford NY, is nothing short of a stellar performer. Hes handled issues for me that were left unresolved for long periods of time. Id given up hope that theyd ever be fixed. Kristian changed all that. Kristian keeps working the issues and remains in contact until he resolves it. He doesnt pass it off to somebody else or blow you off, he keeps after it until its resolved. I appreciate his support and everything that hes done to simplify my insurance needs. I highly recommend Neil Campbell - Start Farm, ask for Kristian.

William Gilmore My senior father-in-law was in a tough situation financially and had his insurance canceled and did not know how to deal with it on his own, nor did he let us know what had happened to his coverage as far as being canceled.
