Melissa Last I have used Jill Kelly in the past and always end up back with her! She is very thorough, detail oriented, knowledgeable and honest. She is prompt in her communication and very welcoming of questions. Jill has truly made navigating home, auto, flood, jewelry and any other insurances I have needed in the past (e.g., renters) so much easier and seamless. I live in Syracuse and was pleased to find that their offices were within five miles of my home. I have dealt with Jackie, Tina Holgate, and Paul Holgate. They are all friendly, welcoming, and provide exemplary customer service. Paul and Tina handle Medicare enrollment and all things Medicare. I’m almost 65 and knew very little about enrolling, but Paul is extremely knowledgeable. In about two hours, I was enrolled in what I felt was the best plan for my needs. Paul made it easy! Jordan Brown One of the worst insurance companies. Their clients who hit your car and they won’t take fault for anything. The lady already hit me and then sat there and said there’s no damage we can leave Ain’t no time to waste sitting outside. Then filed the claim to immediately get denied saying they can’t get their police report through their third-party company instead of actually going to the Police Department and getting the police report. They want you to do the job for them just so they can deny the claim. This insurance company is the worst if you own a car. If you hit someone, they blame that person, but if you They blame you. This insurance company couldn’t lead blind people to water. ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO FILE YOUR CAR‼️
