She explains policies, differences in coverage, and changes very clearly, and has helped us find discounts that had been missed or suggested new ones. While the majority of our dealings have been with Kristina, we have worked with Aaron who was just as helpful so I dont mind recommending the entire agency, although we are biased towards Kristina.
