Nina TS My wife and I met with Anna Gardner State Farm Insurance to review our current policies as we have made a few life changes in the past year. We met with both Anna and Nicole Kessler. They were kind enough to stay late for us as we have busy work schedules. They not only reviewed our current policies but discussed where we are in our lives, what our goals for the future are, and we choose to add additional coverage based on those goals. We were advised on the available coverages and given options for our current budget with our future goals in mind. There was no pressure or up-selling. They were both very kind and professional. There is also an office dog who is the biggest sweetheart (literally). I would recommend Anna and her team to anyone looking for a personal approach to insurance that makes you feel safe and secure.

We had no idea that an insurance agent could be so helpful! Ed is amazing - in the first year he saved us $$$ just by looking into our policies and talking through our options. He is honest about what coverage is essential for our needs, and what coverage is optional and may not be as useful to our personal needs. Every time Ive had a question he answers it right away with an email, or a phone call, or both! I would give Ed a hundred stars if that were an option. :)

Edwin Sanchez Jeff has been my car insurance agent for 5 years now and I can honestly say that it has been an absolute pleasure having him on my side. His professionalism goes without saying but he also makes a genuine effort to get to know his clients on a personal level. He is always a phone call or email away and is very diligent in responding or calling back. Jeff always worked fast in finding me the best coverage for my vehicle with the cheapest premium. If he can save you money, he will find a way. I highly recommend Markin Insurance.

Dale Zero This company is a mess. Maybe their actions are legal but they certainly arnt ethical. Two examples. When my father-in-law passed away, the agent was at the house the next day trying to talk the 90 year old widow into using the insurance for 10 year investment without the ability for withdrawals and no promise of interest rate after the first year. ..... Nice Guys!.... Next, I had an insurance policy that I canceled but they continued to make withdrawls from my bank account! I contacted them and was told they sold the policy to another company and continued to bill me. WTF. Even better, they wouldnt refund the mony taken from my account because ...wait for it.... they said it wasnt their policy anymore. Do yourself a favor and find another company.
