5 /5 Lucio Morales: Let’s go back to 2019, I took a one way bus from NYC to NJ to pick up a car I had previously checked out with intentions on driving back home that night while signing the paper work etc, I realized I kept in mind everything but INSURANCE. It’s 6:50pm the dealership is about to close every company was quoting me $600-800 for basic insurance to drive out the lot. I’m calling every company with no luck. Desperately was going to settled until I called a friend who recommended me WB insurance solutions. It’s - little after 7pm i remember calling jandry’s extension….phone rang and was greeted with a office is closed messaged so I figured let me leave a VM and troop it back home and return tomorrow. As I was about to exit the dealership I get a call back and after hearing jandry’s voice i ran inside and shouted to the manager wait wait!!! I just want to thank the client who kept jandry in the office those extra 15 min had it not been for them I don’t think I would have drove away that night. Just thinking about that hour and half bus ride back to nyc bring me back to that exact day. After a few minutes talking to jandry giving her my information I got a quote that was half of what every other insurance company was quoting me. With no hesitation I told her yes let’s do it. It’s it’s a little over 4yrs now and I can say WB insurance has been top notch. Always making sure I’m getting the best experience possible. During COVID it was rough staying on top of payments and WB insurance made sure I didn’t loose coverage and always gave me solutions to making payments without dealing with penalties or increase in coverage that alone should speak for itself. Thank you to jandry and dary’s and the whole WB insurances solution team for their excellent services!! I’m always recommending them to friends and family.
