Kim Bush In the middle of January I emailed Canale Insurance on a Sunday morning asking for a quote for home owner & vehicle coverage and expected a call or email sometime on Monday. Literally within a few minutes I received an email from Dave. Within a few days it was a done deal! He saved us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS between home & vehicle insurance!! So, took it one step further and had them file our taxes and our daughters and it was very very reasonable for the cost! Stopped in to sign and pay and they took care of the rest!! Best part is they are right around the corner from our house!!! I have emailed Dave a few times for follow up questions and he’s always responded very quickly!!! NXG Insurance Group - Kingston

Andy Gesner The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company is a complete joke. I tried to provide NXG Insurance with my business, but it became clear to me quite quickly that though he had been referred to me, Chris DiTommaso was going to be unable to assist me personally. Instead, he sloughed me off to his co-employee Tanner Davis, and after many days of being ignored by both of them, despite me calling and emailing, I sent an email expressing my concerns. Tanner did call me shortly thereafter to tell me he did not appreciate me "being rude", claiming that it usually takes "a week or two" to receive a Workers Compensation quote (WOW! What a whopper of a lie, I was able to purchase my policy with Geico in less than a hour!). Obviously Chris did not share with Tanner that there was a palpable sense of urgency to have this policy taken care of in a timely fashion. Tanner did promise to get back to me by "the end of the day." The date of that call was Monday, March 17th, 2025. That was over a week and a half ago. I have still not heard back from him and I doubt I will. Obviously "Customer Service" was not something they were trained to provide.
