When I called Bermudez Agency, Victor worked on getting me quotes right away, he was quick to respond via text and email and my issue was resolved when I went into the office later the same day. Victor answered all of my questions, informed me of next steps and stayed after hours to ensure everything was rectified. Overall, this was a great customer service experience.
