Vivian Smith The service Ive had here has been excellent, so apparently theyre doing something right. Their safety net, in particular, for times when things inevitably go wrong, has never caused me any trouble. Furthermore, it offers unparalleled coverage, so why would anyone accept anything less? This place feels safe now.

Angie Darlington This place is horrible. I have closed my account 5 months ago. When I call to let them know they are still sending me balance due messages, they put me on hold and never came back to speak with me. Why are you not closing my account? You are using bullying tactics and it will not work with me. I open this for my grandson 10 years ago within my Credit Union. Now that his parents are financial situation I know longer need this policy. So I decided to close my account at least 5 months ago. I am not interested in doing business with businesses such as your company and the likes thereof. Please Close my account immediately, I will not be sending anymore payments to you. Doug Bentley We have policies covering four vehicles and two residences. This week we were invited in to update some information so that we could look into the possibility of lowering our overall premium cost for all that coverage. Susie Dunn, our account manager was most courteous. And . . . we were treated to free coffee from Coffee Mania!

Kathy Koen Bryan is great very helpful. He helped me understand the different policies. I am checking into moving all our insurance to Bryan. The policy Bryan got us was around 10 times cheaper than Allstate with more benefits than Allstate.

Judith Helf Last year, I moved from my former insurer to State Farm for my homeowners insurance. It was a simple process, and all went smoothly. This year, it is complicated by the fact that I am selling my house just weeks after my insurance policy is due for renewal, AND I was seeking advice on renter’s insurance.
