5 /5 Kurt Lerke: I write this review after having been with Agent Robert and his staff (Bruce is my guy!) for a little over 3 years now. Although I never have met any of them in person, I can honestly tell you I give them endless praise for their professionalism and what can only be called a “Plus 1” customer service. I started with them when I was living in Queens and have stuck with them to my move to Long Island. I have everything through them, Homeowners, 3 cars and life insurance. They know me by first name, answer my calls right away and EVERY time I needed something they have gone above and beyond to accommodate me. I’ve bought 2 new cars over this time and while sitting at the dealership call them and within minutes have the insurance card and insurance binder sent to the dealership. Even did the same with my son when he bought a new car and put his insurance under my “Umbrella”. When I bought a new home in Long Island, same thing, Call Bruce and within couple minutes he has everything taken care of. And here’s the best part, even after shopping around they still meet and beat any other company I’ve looked into. I trust them and feel if you did them same you would be as satisfied as I am.
