E-mails and phone calls are returned quickly and customer service is exceptional . Anytime our rates go up they have the ability to shop out your policies and get quotes from many different companies . Cathy McCarthy recently took the time and effort to save me approximately $700.00 yearly on my auto policy . Lyss I spoke with Corey Fowlkes who was the most amazing and helpful person in my whole personal issue that I have going on with auto insurance. No I dont currently go through lighthouse but I used to and Ive never had any issues with them I just currently dont drive anymore and was calling to ask some questions.
