I only pay two times a year with half of my family using their services. Good people with real positive small town qualities.

Mark Hines Whiting Insurance is a blessing that we never fully realized until the day of our house fire. He walked us through each step of the process, coaching us, educating us, and encouraging us. We would get a call every few days from Bruce checking in on us to see where we were in the process. I remembered one occasion where Bruce answered the phone while on vacation and talked with us for a few minutes before he told us he was on vacation. That showed us the dedication he has to helping get people back on their feet. Any time we had questions about our policy, Bruce would comb through the fine print of the policy to ensure we were set up for success. Thanks to the diligent work of Whiting Insurance, we were able to get a brand new home built in the same place where our house burned down in LESS THAN A YEAR! We can’t thank Whiting Insurance enough for their help in restoring our family’s home. It’s hard to even imagine the difficulties we would be navigating without their guidance. Eduardo Recio I walked into Public with my wife. We were with progressive paying 1200 per month for two cars full coverage. Brett was able to get me a policy for the same coverages for 628 a month. I’m saving over 6000 dollars a year with Public Insurance. I would recommend them to ANYONE. Fantastic people. Great service.

Ali Saleem My license was 2 years old and every insurance company was giving me a very hight quotation. This guy did my insurance via Countrywide insurance at a very vary reasonable price. Almost at half price what other companies were offering me. Service was quick. I was out in 20 minutes. Only downside is that he charged a higher service fee from me. But in long run cheap monthly premium installment will settle it and i ll get benefit.

Mel Solomon Burchell agency recently took over the Nationwide office in Ithaca after Stan Barlow retired. I am just getting to know the agents in the office. Recently without me contacting them, Nikki called me and said there may be new ratings that Nationwide has introduced for auto insurance and would I mind if she re-did a quote for me. In a few days I got a call from her saying that my premium would go down over $200 for 6 months. Could I use the $200? You bet! What agent would call a customer to voluntarily reduce pricing? A good agent, thats who. Thank you Nationwide insurance. And thank you Nikki and the Burchell agency.
