Today, we needed insurance for our construction loan and I just happened to call Robert . He was extremely knowledgeable. He knew what information to include so that the process would go smoothly on the banks end. He answered every single question I had with patience and humor. I HIGHLY recommend him!! I will definitely be calling him back to bundle our car insurance with him. I just love the fact that there isnt a 10 minute introduction of yelling at a computer. **"Im sorry. I didnt catch that. Please state why you are calling or press 1 for more options."** UGGGH SO frustrating! But not with Robert- it was so personalized and such a pleasure to talk with him.
