His agents are readily equipped to handle any question regarding all fields of insurance. And what they did not know, they just informed me that they would look into it and give me an answer as quickly as possible. Any issue that I have had, whether it’s home, auto or life insurance questions or hindrances, they have helped me every step of the way. Whenever I’ve had a problem with any of these things, they’ve made me feel like it’s their problem as well and are not only able to quick fix it, they have helped me to make sure it is never a problem again going forward. The professionalism of Ardit and his agents are unmatched in my experience. You won’t ever have a need for another agent again. When you choose them, you feel like they have actually chosen you.

I was seeking detailed information about my insurance, but she disregarded and opposed my request. Her behavior was unprofessional and she displayed a negative attitude. I advise caution when dealing with her. It is my hope that the appropriate authorities take action and address this matter promptly.
