I live in Syracuse and was pleased to find that their offices were within five miles of my home. I have dealt with Jackie, Tina Holgate, and Paul Holgate. They are all friendly, welcoming, and provide exemplary customer service. Paul and Tina handle Medicare enrollment and all things Medicare. I’m almost 65 and knew very little about enrolling, but Paul is extremely knowledgeable. In about two hours, I was enrolled in what I felt was the best plan for my needs. Paul made it easy! Jack Well folks this is yet another 5 star review from this Google Guide. Today I have to share my experience obtaining new auto insurance from my newly discovered local Agent The Robert C. Dempcy Insurance Agency! Are you tired of getting that AI bot shuffle when you try to call your internet based auto insurance company? If this is the best that AI can present, Im not going to worry about it taking over the world, because it couldnt even connect me to a customer service representative! Oh! But wait!.... maybe thats what it was meant to do! Hmmmmmm! I finally decided to seek a local Agent and meet and talk to real people again like the old days before the internet. At Robert C. Dempsey Insurance Agency they have a and I mean this literally a Bricks and Morter office building! As soon as you walk in you will probably be cheerfully greeted by Angie Pierce Agent/ CSR extraordinaire! See Pic.
