cvfurman After having spoken to a number of agents in trying to acquire insurance for a new property, I chose Alexis from State Farm. Starting with my first conversation with her, she immediately put me at ease and answered all my questions with knowledge and integrity. Speaking with her immediately gave me a sense that I was dealing with a competent professional. She assisted without pushing and helped me to build a policy that was best for me. After doing some research, I felt even more comfortable to continue with Alexis. Her courtesy and attention to detail made me a State Farm customer. Kudos to Alexis and her impeccable Customer Service, particularly at a time when we notice that Customer Service is waning.

Clayton Grant For a large company that is concerned about customer service MET life has proved to me that there is NO sense of urgency to help their clients in their time of need. It has taken 6 weeks to process my short term disability claim. I have been told that more documentation is needed time and time again and that faxes have not been sent/recieved and my case manager has blamed my health care provider for not sending documents after I stood there and watched them send it. 7 times this has happened. Unless something miraculous happens I plan to drop MET insurance as soon as this case is settled, and tell everyone I work with of my experience and that they should consider another company for their insurance needs. I have tried to be patient and let the bureaucracy play out, but it seems that this approach does not work either. Also, it seems that actually calling their clients back after leaving several messages is just simply to much to ask.

They go above and beyond to get whatever I need and make sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly. They are friendly and nice. I have been with Culnan Insurance Agency for at least 5 years and would not think of going anywhere else. Even when other insurance agencies contact me regarding switching, they can never beat what Culnan offers. They are innovative with the products they offer and make sure to investigate to provide you with what is best for you and your needs.

Given the huge increase in the premium, we were inspired to compare. So we asked our neighbors if they would recommend their agency. They were more than happy to offer a rave review of the Conklin Agency. I am so glad I asked. I now know why my neighbors were so happy. In comparing the Conklin Agency to the " the big guys" my only disappointment is that I didnt inquire sooner. Equal coverage at a much better price is great. However, it is the ease of doing business with Kari that really impressed us. She provided several options within a day. All were better that what I had. Ultimately she helped make the transition seamless while saving us money. Super friendly people running a local family business. The Conklin Agency has earned these five stars. Start to finish ! .
