5 /5 Ellen Gabler: Loved working with James and Dora at Vavas. The insurance world is a complete mess and it feels like everyone is trying to screw you. Not these guys. They were very accessible, patient and took time to understand what we wanted for our coverage (while also advising us when they thought we were totally wrong! :-) I highly recommend them. It feels like working with a small-town, local insurance broker in the best way. (Also very importantly, they got us excellent rates from a major carrier in an extremely difficult insurance market.)

Upon calling, I was routed to Dora Kyrezis, this woman has restored my faith in good old fashion service. She walked me through the process from start to finish with an ease. She explored all options with me, and every option we went through she broke it down for me. When talking to her I felt safe and informed moving forward with a policy.
