She is an extremely kind person who cares about her clients and is truly trying to help seniors navigate the extremely complicated Medicare system. I was so very grateful to her for her patience and kindness and she answered all questions I had, and helped clarify things for me. I had a pleasure on several occasions meeting Ms Bianca always polite never rushed you out the door even when it’s time to close, same with phone calls if busy always get a return phone call if not the same day it will be the next day! Always giving advice either to change, add, remove for a better policy with a savings was the importance. I would recommend State Farm to family and friends, keep up the great work….

Jordan Brown One of the worst insurance companies. Their clients who hit your car and they won’t take fault for anything. The lady already hit me and then sat there and said there’s no damage we can leave Ain’t no time to waste sitting outside. Then filed the claim to immediately get denied saying they can’t get their police report through their third-party company instead of actually going to the Police Department and getting the police report. They want you to do the job for them just so they can deny the claim. This insurance company is the worst if you own a car. If you hit someone, they blame that person, but if you They blame you. This insurance company couldn’t lead blind people to water. ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO FILE YOUR CAR‼️
