Robin Edinger Hi Shawn and staff, My family is doing well and we are pleased that Allstate has our back in case of auto or apartment rental issues. So far, there has been no issues to deal with. Also glad that Allstate is refunding 15% of the last 2 months of paying the insurance. My car has not moved since March 12th! I even have a full tank of gas since I was supposed to go away for that weekend, but cancelled! But I want to thank you all for a great job as my Allstate agents over he years, in seeing that I get the best coverage for my money. God bless you all and stay safe!

Deborah is very knowledgeable in auto & home insurance, took the time to have a great conversation over the phone with me and went out of her way to accommodate my needs in a time when you cannot normally meet in the office/walk-in visit. In times like these (2020!), I value being able to talk to a human voice (not a confusing automated system) and customer service is very important to me. Josh I work in the car business and can say I have assisted clients in thousands of insurance changes over the past decade plus and I must say calling into this office has been the most pleasant experience for a mutual client I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Cybil who answered the phone was attentive from the get go in assisting with a complex situation for her client. Cybil went above and beyond even though we were less than a half hour before the agency closed for the evening.
