1 /5 No One: I utilized their link for the Safe Driving Test.Spent $90 at the guidance of their insurance company,and never received my certificate until a year later.When I received my certificate it was not the 5hr safety course and I was told by several employees that it’s not their problem.I was carelessly instructed to take an entire course for which I do not need.Not at all helpful,Rude,Slow and useless.

2 /5 Hogan Baker: Extremely slow service. I have my home and business policy with them. I’ve had a few small issues and questions and it always takes over a week for them to even respond to emails.

Through the years Carrie and Diana have provided us with exceptional service, from the occasional call to remind of an upcoming payment, to out of the blue calls to let me know there may be a cheaper policy or carrier available to us they always go above and beyond to ensure we have the coverage we need at the best price available. So grateful for all the extra care that they put into their jobs and the friendly service I receive with every interaction.

Anyone else I have dealt with there when I call to make a payment or have a question about anything are always very helpful.
