When this didnt pan out and rates kept going up with no dedicated agent to talk to any longer we made the decision to again look at other options. Following the recommendation of a friend we stopped in to Vail and spoke with Adam. After taking our information and discussing our needs he did some work and got back to us within a couple days with a great package for most of our insurance needs. He explained all parts of the policies and was honest when some of the quotes he had for us were more expensive than our current coverage. We now have a diverse portfolio that not only increased our coverage but is saving us over $1,000/year compared to our previous insurer! The whole process was incredibly easy and all of our questions were answered. We have several types of insurance and when the policies Adam presented us were more expensive than our current ones, there was no pressure at all to switch and he even encouraged us to stay put where it made sense. Since then he has always picked up his phone or gotten back to us quickly when questions have come up. The whole office was warm and welcoming when we walked in and I expect we will be using them for many years to come. We have also been among those to recommend Vail to family and friends on multiple occasions.
