John Rehbein “ I have had a great relationship with Allstate for many years. I have multiple policies for my home, truck and snowmobile. When my truck was up for renewal this year, I thought and have been thinking the rates were a little high. I went to see Christine Civitelli-Geno in the Rome office to see if there was anything we could do about the rates. I had a quote from State Farm that was HALF of what I was quoted to renew with Allstate. At the time, Christine told me that there was nothing she could do to lower the rate. So I had no choice but to switch to State Farm. About a week later I got a call from Christine and she said she redid my quote after updating my current credit score which had not been done in a couple of years. My credit score has improved over the years and she was able to quote me a price so that I could stay with Allstate. She even took care of cancelling the policy that I purchased from State Farm. Patricia Koblich I have been a customer for years. Jennifer and staff have always been courteous and knowledgeable. They are real people helping real people. Having insurance is a legal requirement. I choose to stay with them because of the reasons above. There may have been a previous post with one star. If Im unable to delete it, I would like to state that it was an error due to a non human interference that I didnt have the knowledge to overcome. After all, I am a customer of a certain age. I ask forgiveness.

D G Lowest premium for Landlord insurance! I shopped around and these guys are the best. I have a few businesses and all of them have insurance through Lawrence Associates. Watch out for annual increase, but once you mention it, they will take it back. Highly recommended.
