However I’d stay away from the middle age white lady with the accent, she always rushes you and refuses to help if you ask questions, I wish she could get fired from that great company. ❤️Besides that, I love this insurance company. Adil Rahman Ive been a client of this agency for nearly over 5 years. I have absolutely no complaints, from the first day Ive worked with Melanie and she has been absolutely wonderful, always prompt with following up, always diligent in her work, and continues to help you until whatever problem you have is resolved. The agency is certainly a bang for your buck, they find you the lowest rates and their customer service is beyond excellent. Throughout my time with them, Ive probably only had 2 or 3 issues that was on the insurance companys part and each problem was resolved in less than 72 hours, even if their whole team has to play a part in making sure your problem is resolved. That entire team is amazing. If you dont like dealing with the tedious processes and headaches insurance companies put you through, I highly highly recommend this agency.
