- The receptionist was always rude, often not allowing us to speak with an agent and saying she’ll give them a message. Then we wouldn’t hear back after weeks... on the off chance that we were able to speak with an agent, they would say they never got a message.
- Very poor communication.
- they did absolutely nothing when my parked car was hit by another vehicle. I had to call incessantly to get ANY information on how to process my claim or get the status. I sent the same police report to them several times with confirmation and a month later they would ask for it again. Ultimately had to bypass them entirely in order to get the claim handled.
- they didn’t take pictures or offer any guidance on how to proceed with filing a claim.
- unhelpful with selecting coverage options. We had to do this ourselves as well.
Based on our experience with Clune, keep looking for an agent.
