Ally Well, I have to say I greatly appreciate that there is still true value in customer relations. Beanys Anziani is an asset to this company that I hope is recognized come promoting time. Her ability to listen and remedy an ongoing issue I had with Nationwide not only saved me money but prevented me from going to new insurance company all together. She was patient and went the extra mile. More importantly and rare, she expressed a genuine interest from beginning to *meet with me for a more human experience when everything could be done through the net. While this concept doesnt seem applicable to some companies, I can certainly confirm it is applicable and true for McEvoy Insurance. My wife and I were stuck after we had to deal with a horrible insurance company which kept trying to drop our policy while citing strange and vague reasons for their cancelation attempts. We finally had enough and wanted to find a better insurance carrier for our house we just purchased. We reached out by phone to McEvoy Insurance and spoke with David and Zach. Zach took the time to listen to our concerns, our needs and our situation with our last insurance carrier.
