1 /5 Margit Meyer: Horrible - The insurance company made a mistake and wrote down the wrong VIN number preventing us from being able to register the car. A VP, named Susan Tiano, first accused my husband of giving the wrong information and then was completely rude. My husband was getting very stressed by Susan, who declared multiple times she was a VP. I then tried to talk to Susan to explain but was’t allowed to finish as I kept getting interrupted. Bottom line is that they need to fix the VIN on the insurance forms without the drama. Stick to the facts.
I do not recommend them and am going to seek to move the policy to another local company. Who needs the stress of being treated rudely.
