Jack Well folks this is yet another 5 star review from this Google Guide. Today I have to share my experience obtaining new auto insurance from my newly discovered local Agent The Robert C. Dempcy Insurance Agency! Are you tired of getting that AI bot shuffle when you try to call your internet based auto insurance company? If this is the best that AI can present, Im not going to worry about it taking over the world, because it couldnt even connect me to a customer service representative! Oh! But wait!.... maybe thats what it was meant to do! Hmmmmmm! I finally decided to seek a local Agent and meet and talk to real people again like the old days before the internet. At Robert C. Dempsey Insurance Agency they have a and I mean this literally a Bricks and Morter office building! As soon as you walk in you will probably be cheerfully greeted by Angie Pierce Agent/ CSR extraordinaire! See Pic. Angie actually, and get this, listened to my needs and the issues I was having with my current internet based Insurance company, and blew their doors off!!. I got a lower deductible, higher limits of liability, a comercial policy, and a cost savings to boot! All delivered with a cheerful smile! Now thats customer service! Stop into The Robert C. Lisa Murray I was in an impossible situation. I had an insurance company for 7 years. They were not renewing people because they were going out of business. It ended up being a godsend in the end. However, when I called around to get new insurance I found out that my old insurance company did not do me any favors. It was so defeating. The quotes I was getting would have sent me into bankruptcy they were so high. Then my friend told me about Freeway. I’d never heard of them and did not know what to expect. I called on a Saturday morning and had insurance that afternoon. Melissa was my agent. She was so nice, so personable. She was relatable and I could tell she knew what she was talking about and wanted to help me. I am not joking I am paying $800 less than I was before and I have more amenities with my package. It doesn’t hurt to give them a call and get a quote. And if you take my advice ask for Melissa. I’m sure others are great there too. However, she said she would follow up with me in a week and literally 7 days later on the dot she called me to see how things were going. You do not get this kind of service anywhere anymore.
