1 /5 Sean Christie: This office has been charging my father for insurance since March 2024 after we sent them a DMV return notice that we no longer have the vehicle in March 2024. They have been charging my father who has dementia every single month. I have provided them with proof that I returned it. The gentleman I sent it to his name is rich. I have asked Laura to call me multiple times with no response. My next step is going to consult an attorney. This should be a crime. This is ridiculous.

1 /5 Charlotte M: If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Every piece of information provided to them was entered wrong and the two people on the accounts information (ss# DOB etc.) was under the other person. I set up automatic payments and in 5 months there have been two issues where the money was not withdrawn from my account and the policy lapsed. When I spoke to Laura about this she stated I should be more careful when monitoring my bank account and should have recognized they didn’t take it out like they were supposed to. No accountability or professionalism. Now I have to pay a fine for not being insured and I didn’t even know I wasn’t. State Farm is a good company I’ve been with them for years and years but this agent was a nightmare and she ended our relationship by hanging up the phone on me.

1 /5 Sharif Khan: Absolutely worst agent I have ever purchased an insurance from. Customer of 10 years Laura refused to help me when I was involved in an accident because he did not like my tone. I only raised my voice with her due her sarcastic comments. She does not know customer loyalty and will not be there for you when you need her

1 /5 Bharat Ayyar: This office hasnt picked up a call or returned a voicemail in several months, yet theyve been taking my money. Feel like I got scammed.

1 /5 Melissa Burch: They refused to process a cancellation. No rhyme or reason except they just didnt feel like it. Very inconvenient. If youre going to sign new people up, you have to be prepared to process cancellations, also.
