Wilbur Dowdle Ryan Agency has always put the customer first. I worked as an insurance adjuster in this area for close to 40 years and got to meet and work with most of the agencies in the area. When it came to claims ,the Ryans always were standing side by side with the customer to make sure they were treated fairly . I have all of my insurance with them and can say they have treated me like family ,not just a policyholder.

kelvin martinez I give 5 star based on my experience with LA RIVERSIDE . I have to say nothing was ever so simple and easy when it comes to insurance customers service as they do. The staff here in the Bronx are friendly and very professional. You just bring your paperwork and they do the rest. They really good at finding the best price on the market, and if you have any issue they always there for you. What I like the most is that they never gave me an attitude when I ask questions.

David Cannon I have been with several insurance brokerage firms over the years and have never been even close to as pleased as I am with Advocate Brokerage as they are several notches above the others. I insure multiple properties through Advocate. The Advocate personnel understand my needs, are attentive, extremely responsive, and completely user friendly. In fact, I recently had an issue with my insurance carrier and Denise Koslowsky (in particular) went to bat for me and resolved the situation in an extremely positive manner. I say without equivocation that I am extraordinarily pleased with Advocate Brokerage and highly recommend them to all.

Andy Gesner The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company is a complete joke. I tried to provide NXG Insurance with my business, but it became clear to me quite quickly that though he had been referred to me, Chris DiTommaso was going to be unable to assist me personally. Instead, he sloughed me off to his co-employee Tanner Davis, and after many days of being ignored by both of them, despite me calling and emailing, I sent an email expressing my concerns. Tanner did call me shortly thereafter to tell me he did not appreciate me "being rude", claiming that it usually takes "a week or two" to receive a Workers Compensation quote (WOW! What a whopper of a lie, I was able to purchase my policy with Geico in less than a hour!). Obviously Chris did not share with Tanner that there was a palpable sense of urgency to have this policy taken care of in a timely fashion. Tanner did promise to get back to me by "the end of the day." The date of that call was Monday, March 17th, 2025. That was over a week and a half ago. I have still not heard back from him and I doubt I will. Obviously "Customer Service" was not something they were trained to provide.
