Adil Rahman Ive been a client of this agency for nearly over 5 years. I have absolutely no complaints, from the first day Ive worked with Melanie and she has been absolutely wonderful, always prompt with following up, always diligent in her work, and continues to help you until whatever problem you have is resolved. The agency is certainly a bang for your buck, they find you the lowest rates and their customer service is beyond excellent. Throughout my time with them, Ive probably only had 2 or 3 issues that was on the insurance companys part and each problem was resolved in less than 72 hours, even if their whole team has to play a part in making sure your problem is resolved. That entire team is amazing. If you dont like dealing with the tedious processes and headaches insurance companies put you through, I highly highly recommend this agency.

John Molloy Dealing with insurance categorically sucks, but the secretaries are very kind and thorough, the agents are professional, prompt, and attentive to detail. They do a good job of giving it a “small hometown business” feel which makes a big difference when you’re navigating the system. Nobody wants to deal with insurance, but since you gotta, you might as well work with these guys. Joanne took great care of me this week and I can confidently say I’d recommend her and the rest of the team to anyone I know.

John Rehbein “ I have had a great relationship with Allstate for many years. I have multiple policies for my home, truck and snowmobile. When my truck was up for renewal this year, I thought and have been thinking the rates were a little high. I went to see Christine Civitelli-Geno in the Rome office to see if there was anything we could do about the rates. I had a quote from State Farm that was HALF of what I was quoted to renew with Allstate. At the time, Christine told me that there was nothing she could do to lower the rate. So I had no choice but to switch to State Farm. About a week later I got a call from Christine and she said she redid my quote after updating my current credit score which had not been done in a couple of years. My credit score has improved over the years and she was able to quote me a price so that I could stay with Allstate. She even took care of cancelling the policy that I purchased from State Farm.
