Maria Galla Cant make contact with anyone at this company. Every phone number called, goes to voicemail which doesnt even state what company Im calling. Their toll free number directed me to options for savings or checking accounts!? My vehicle was damaged by a customer of theirs and the only way to reach anyone was by email, which sometimes was answered promptly, other times no response at all.

When I call to let them know they are still sending me balance due messages, they put me on hold and never came back to speak with me. Why are you not closing my account? You are using bullying tactics and it will not work with me. I open this for my grandson 10 years ago within my Credit Union. Now that his parents are financial situation I know longer need this policy. So I decided to close my account at least 5 months ago. I am not interested in doing business with businesses such as your company and the likes thereof. Please Close my account immediately, I will not be sending anymore payments to you. I have absolutely no complaints, from the first day Ive worked with Melanie and she has been absolutely wonderful, always prompt with following up, always diligent in her work, and continues to help you until whatever problem you have is resolved. The agency is certainly a bang for your buck, they find you the lowest rates and their customer service is beyond excellent. Throughout my time with them, Ive probably only had 2 or 3 issues that was on the insurance companys part and each problem was resolved in less than 72 hours, even if their whole team has to play a part in making sure your problem is resolved. That entire team is amazing. If you dont like dealing with the tedious processes and headaches insurance companies put you through, I highly highly recommend this agency.
