Ahmed Salah Service is great with competitive rates. I have all family auto policies with this office. Also, I have a commercial and 2 homes policies. Adil is a gentleman with an outstanding service. He responds to requests promptly and is willing to help after hour and in weekends if possible. He never let me down.

Elsa Kassardjian Neal was initially extremely kind and helpful, up until he became unprofessional, short-tempered and hung up the phone in the middle of a conversation. In terms of efficiency, this company seems to be doing well but the lack of professionalism is astounding and I cannot emphasize enough how poor of an experience this was.
