2 /5 Elsa Kassardjian: Neal was initially extremely kind and helpful, up until he became unprofessional, short-tempered and hung up the phone in the middle of a conversation. In terms of efficiency, this company seems to be doing well but the lack of professionalism is astounding and I cannot emphasize enough how poor of an experience this was.

1 /5 Daniel Datiz: Don’t waste your time calling. Just got off the phone with one of the agents and he’s telling me to call Capital one to ask where to send the binder to? Is this guy a rookie? Has he not heard of the fax machine? My first time shopping for a policy on my own and I run into these guys. The worst….

1 /5 Ximena Auger: A nightmare. A scam. I don’t know what else to say. I had so many issues with Neal Brady. I would email, call, and text him and he was nice when he answered but he would only respond half the time. When he did answer he said he would take care of things but then never did. He never changed our home address when we moved after email and texting him multiple times. He left never looked for better car insurance deals for us even after asking. He left one car on our policy for months after it had been sold so we were paying for 3 cars not 2. The list goes on. Again things he said he would take care of and didn’t. Half these issues I had to go directly to the car insurance company because Neal wouldnt do anything. It made it very difficult because the car insurance company wanted us to use the agent that was assigned to us but Neal was just useless. I’m writing a review because the only thing Neal does is scam you. Don’t trust him. He says he is an agent but he does nothing. Neal I don’t know how you sleep at night, taking peoples business and money while you sit back and ignore them. If you do work with him make sure to are paying attention to your bills and what being covered because he won’t even if you have asked him multiple times.

1 /5 Jamie Salerno: Neil was a good agent up until when I needed to cancel my policy, when I think he started dodging my calls and texts. It got to the point where I had to cancel the policy myself through the insurance agency. I wish him all the best, but not professional behavior.

1 /5 K G: I signed up for a bundled insurance package that Mr. Brady assisted me with and was helpful during the sign up process however a few months after when I contacted him to inquire about getting a reduction in the policy fee, he flat out ignored me after claiming to not have my contact information saved meanwhile there was sensitive personal information identifying me that was sent to him few months earlier. I would not recommend Brady agency (who was recommended by my realtor). Seems anybody associated with this realtor is nothing but bad news! All parties involved in this transaction have all received 1 star reviews for 1) being ridiculously unprofessional, 2) lack of communication, 3) poor customer service 4) only looking out for their own interest ($).
