I came in with the intention of getting my engagement ring and wedding band cleaned and to browse a little, and left with a brand new amethyst ring! They not only shined my rings up to perfection, but they were so knowledgeable and helpful when I was looking at new rings to purchase! At Samantha’s not only are they the kindest people, they are also incredibly knowledgable about all their jewelry. To learn about the history of the stone was amazing! The work, impeccable. The prices are so reasonable. Something similar would have easily cost double or far more somewhere else. I honestly could not say enough about how wonderful the experience is there. We came back to purchase the wedding rings and my brother and his wife are so so happy. I have since bought a beautiful necklace. We are all lifetime customers now. You should be too. Trust me.

Kayla Sanchez I recently visited gorjana to shop for some jewelry, and I had a mixed experience. Nancy, one of the saleswomen, was incredibly nice and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me and made my shopping experience enjoyable. However, the other employees were quite rude and didnt even smile when we walked in. Nancy was even asking for their help, and they werent helping her at all. It was disappointing to see such a contrast in customer service. Nancys kindness stood out, but the overall atmosphere could definitely use some improvement.
