Dan start the name calling then he post that he was sworn at but he didn’t post the he made up a fake NYS law and got upset because he confronted about the name calling.

Mary R If you like doing business with a bank that is antiquated this is your place. If you try to make a payment before its due to avoid a late fee their system is antiquated and youre supposed to know to call them and go through all of their prompts instead of trying to pay it online which it should be able to take a payment but of course they have it set up so that you end up paying a fee and pay late because their system doesnt process it on time. Convenient to them to not have an adequate payment system that can take your payment when its made so then they get to charge you another fee. Absolutely disgusting
