Unger Kat (Kat) I switched to key bank from national bank of Coxsackie because my card kept getting frozen for normal transactions. Ever since I switched to KeyBank, it’s been easy. I had to replace my card once due to losing it, and I got it quickly replaced. The staff in Catskill and both Hudson locations are super friendly and helpful. The Catskill branch is where I initially opened my accounts and I have been satisfied using them since. All the fees are fair and they make it easy to have a joint checking and savings and also offer credit card options and loans.

Mark Girardi Started with them years ago. Tom Curran is the best. Has always giving the best advice . His team is top notch.give his firm a call wont be disappointed.

John Cerzeto I did a search for Levine to obtain the phone # (Im so bad with remembering #s, old age I guess) & came upon this review in which I felt compelled to insert a posting of my own. So what is the old saying? Another mans "junk" is another mans "treasure?" Its all in the eyes of the beholder. My experiences with David Levine & ALL of their staff "past" & "present" has been nothing short of "amazing". I am a successful business man who does not understand an iota of tax filings, etc. Many years ago, I was introduced to David Levine & Company and I have to say, that not only did they encircle me with their expertise but also alleviated many issues I had in which other accounting firms were unable to resolve. AND, I have saved thousands of dollars over the years in taxes! I would entrust this firm with my sons comic book collection (that someday I am sure will be worth $$ and will be in need of trustworthy & competent accountants). Whats the old saying? "you get what you pay for"

Wendy Roth I was going to Catholic Charities in Lockport on a regular basis and then all of a sudden all the counselors where leaving. Two weeks before my counselor left, she said she would talk to someone in the Albion office to she if I could transfer there. She called and the person never called her back and I called the person and it took two weeks for her to call me back. It the meantime I did get connected to another counselor but had to wait a month before I could see her. I was leary to get hooked up with Catholic Charities in Albion in case their office would close down too. I want you to know whatever is happening with funding that you put your clients at a high risk. I am going thru a crisis and I had to wait a month to see someone and then on top of that I will have to start all over again developing a new and trusting relationship with my counselor. Going thru this gives me high anxiety and I usually end up losing ground with the progress I have made. Needless to say, I will not recommend Catholic Charities to anyone I know. You just rip the carpet out from beneath us and think that some of your clients will not suffer. I just wonder what happened to all the other clients that were being seen in Lockport because there are not a lot of places to be seen in Niagara or Orleans country. I live in Medina so Lockport worked great for me. I hope this gives some of the higher ups at Catholic Charities something to think about when you make decisions that affect a lot of other peoples lives.

Magen Phillips-Vargas I come here to use the ATM never have problems always clean but now Im unable to get in before opening times or if its after its closed due to a new operating thing on the door I was able to slide my card and open it now its different so Im not sure if only bank costumers can get in or if there is a certain way to open the doors but if only bank costumers can get in after hours Im afraid you could loose a little bit of business because atms get used daily even after hours
