1 /5 Steven Price: Worst customer service (Dan). They lie and name call. Don’t trust what they say because if they are talking to you then they are lying! Dan start the name calling then he post that he was sworn at but he didn’t post the he made up a fake NYS law and got upset because he confronted about the name calling.

1 /5 Mahoganey Ball: I called regarding an collection on my account the guy Dan told me he was an lawyer and was going to sue me because they refuse to send me over the paperwork regarding the bogus charges they put on my credit. I asked for his full name and a supervisor he got very rude on the telephone and he hung up on me now Im going to take legal actions with a real lawyer regarding these issues.

1 /5 Richard E Johnson: I called Bath Credit Services a couple of time because of an account in my name. And in doing so I had to be exposed to an individual named Dan stated that he is the owner of the company, he is very rude unprofessional and confrontational. I had questions about my bill, any options that might be available to me resolving my bill, or if I needed to pay it in full. Through the frustration and arguing and the second time: I did pay the bill in full but I was left with such a bad taste after dealing with this unprofessional delinquent that I called Empire itself. In doing so the professional that dealt with me did a great job and understanding and getting answers to the questions that I had and making sure that I was credited for paying the bill. I don’t recall her name but she didactic great job handling my concerns and making sure the process was handled correctly now on the other hand Dan should not be in position that deals with the public or individuals that might’ve come into hard times. Dan is not good for Bath Credit Services
