Svetlana NEDEL I went in there earlier today and the security guard was so cocky rude and condescending. He violently said with a snotty attitude, where are you going? Never said hello or anything. Will never be doing business with this treasurers office again because they support a police state. This is why people are losing faith with police officers and security guards they think having a badge makes it okay to be rude and act like a little pompous snot nose. D A I live pay check to pay check and Ive gotten a car loan and a personal loan from this bank, both without issue. I havent tried calling for customer service as other people complain about but going through the app Ive gotten immediate responses. Theyve never made errors or done me wrong, and are a HUGE upgrade in every way from my experience with Tompkins trust in trumansburg. Night and day difference, and Im thankful they exist.
