Jamie Andera I just want to acknowledge an employee. Hoping that Chelsea Robinson gets the credit she deserves. She is a professional and also compassionate. In this day and age its refreshing to work with a person and an establishment that excels in customer service. Ms. Robinson exemplifies this and more. I would like to commend her and if she were my employee, Id give her a raise, a promotion or at least take her to lunch! Thank you again Chelsea.

Regina Hadley P & M accounting has restructured the its Office with personnel having professional tax processing knowledge & experience. We were pleasantly greeted upon entry and our wait time was within reason. As always, we are thankful for their dedicated service to their clients.

Maureen Barnard I’ve tried to call several times, you state your hours are from 8:30 to 5… but no one picks up, the recording repeats itself over and over and over. My financial advisor told me he called and left a message and no one called him back. Your message center says leave a message, but your message center says, you cannot leave a message, it’s full. This is very annoying. Someone should be checking and correcting your phone message.

Steven Price Worst customer service (Dan). They lie and name call. Don’t trust what they say because if they are talking to you then they are lying! Dan start the name calling then he post that he was sworn at but he didn’t post the he made up a fake NYS law and got upset because he confronted about the name calling.

Jason Boire If I could give this place negative stars I would after 3 months and a complete lack of communication Ive finally been able to get my money back and without getting paid one check Ive lost to over $2,000. If you like throwing away your money I recommend these guys
