Kathryn DeGroat I was very pleased with the services provided. I had always prepared my own taxes for the past twenty years. I moved to NY last August and knew I needed someone to prepare my taxes. I Googled CPA near me and found Thomson. I called and got an appointment. I provided my information and documentation. They did an excellent job,and were reasonable in their fees. I plan to use them next year,even though my taxes will be less complicated. Very pleased with Thomson.

Paul Steinberg This branch is GREAT! I had a complicated, cumbersome transaction to do, and everyone worked hard to get it done, and they were friendly and welcoming at the same time. In particular Rosa, the supervisor, and her team of Kate, Portia, and Jafet were really terrific. There was another staff person there, too, but unfortunately I dont remember his name, but he was also helpful. Im very glad I decided to do this transaction with Ulster Savings Bank in Kingston instead of at Chase or another huge bank. Thanks, everyone!

Gary Langton Despite a rocky start with MHVFCU where my customer service experience was less than stellar, Theresa Higgins took charge of the customer service issue to go above and beyond to resolve my issue. She went out of her way to stay with me while I confirmed my problem was resolved and even later followed up with me by calling me to ensure I hadnt experienced any further issues. Theresa is a credit union superstar who I give an A++ for customer service in this impersonal world of AI bots and AI-driven automated customer service engines that are more frustrating than intelligent! Kudos to Theresa and MHVFCU for their commitment to customer service.

Kimberly Devine-Brink I opened my first account with this bank in 1994 when it was National Bank of Geneva and went through the change to Five Star. For at least a decade of that time, I lived out of state but kept my 5* account. In fact, I may still be using that same account for my monthly bills, but Im not sure. My children had their first savings accounts with this bank, and learned how to budget here. Over the years, I have ALWAYS known I could walk into this branch with an issue, talk to someone and walk out with a resolution or confidence that the individual I spoke to would do their best to help me. 5* is a good bank, but this branch is part of the community.
