As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a bank specialist, didn’t have to make appointment he looked at my ID and tell me to sit down and I will be the next to be seen. I had Mr. Walter helped me. He was very efficient and made everything very quick and he also answered all my questions and explained a lot of things addition to my questions patiently just in case I get confused in the future.
