Jonah Minkoff-Zern We worked with Joe for a few years. While he was patient working through various issues with us, it felt that he didnt have time to help in the end. Last year he made a mistake filing our taxes - which is OK - mistakes happen - but instead of taking the time to fix it or look into it, he put it back on me to try to figure it out when I received the notification from the State. It took a lot of time and effort for me to figure out what had happened (as Im not an accountant) and when he finally took the time to look and realized that he had made a not insignificant mistake - a mistake that led to us planing financially for a return that was much higher than our actual return; he didnt offer an apology - let alone a discount off a rate that somehow had increased by 50% from the previous year without warning (I found out when I received an invoice). Im sure for other accounts he could do better - for people with more knowledge of the tax system, etc. as I do think he is knowledgeable. It definitely was not a good experience for us in the end.

Patty Huss Good morning. Today july16 I visited my credit union in Goshen ny to review my accounts. As always,Karolina, the branch manager, helped weight my options. She is very professional and has an easy way about her. l walked out today very satisfied.

I received very prompt, courteous, and professional care and the facility itself was very clean and very well maintained. Everyone there was extremely friendly, professional, and great at their respective jobs. I couldnt recommend the place highly enough.

There are never lines or wait times when making transactions. The lending department is particularly quick & efficient. I can’t think of a reason why they would t get 5 stars.

Randall has taken great care of my financial records and always provided a fair and straight forward approach. He has also provided me with sound advice and made all tax related inquires much clearer to understand while being extremely organized. Its been an A+ experience from day one!
