Shauna McIntyre If I could leave negative stars, I would! This company is the worst. And God forbid you ask to speak to a supervisor. They will NEVER answer in call. And the 72 hours to call you back is a joke! They will document your account that they attempted but wont actually call you. This company just wants your money but wont provide you with customer service. They will continue to schedule withdrawals from your bank thousands after accounts and fees have been paid. I dont trust that they wont try to steal that extra money. You will be better off negotiating your own balances and payments with the companies you owe and actually be able to save money in the long run. The fees you pay this company end up costing you just as much as the financial balances you submit. Save your money time and respect because this company does not care about their clients, just the money that can steal from them. Global holdings will sift money from your account without documentation of what its for, beware, and watch your funds!

Jada Tina was absolutely amazing! This branch is wonderful and everyone was very pleasant to speak to/work with! Tina is very knowledgeable and gave my boyfriend and I very helpful tips & hints when it came down to talking about all of the “nitty gritty” details of our loan. She very thoroughly and clearly explained other things (such as the life & disability insurances, etc) and made it very easy for us to discuss our options and make the best decision for us. I feel that OneMain in general gets a really bad rap and I don’t believe it’s at any fault of their own - people just need to understand the ins & outs of applying for a loan. Especially with poor/mediocre credit! Anyways - this branch is wonderful and if you ever want/need to inquire about a loan for yourself for any reason, consider stopping in to this OneMain branch. Lori, the branch manager, is nothing short of a very sweet woman! I worked mainly with Tina and she was PHENOMENAL, she was honest & straightforward, transparent & informative; nowadays that’s very hard to find. It was an absolute pleasure working with this office, thank you Tina & OneMain Latham!
