1 /5 Shauna McIntyre: If I could leave negative stars, I would! This company is the worst. And God forbid you ask to speak to a supervisor. They will NEVER answer in call. And the 72 hours to call you back is a joke! They will document your account that they attempted but wont actually call you. This company just wants your money but wont provide you with customer service. They will continue to schedule withdrawals from your bank thousands after accounts and fees have been paid. I dont trust that they wont try to steal that extra money. You will be better off negotiating your own balances and payments with the companies you owe and actually be able to save money in the long run. The fees you pay this company end up costing you just as much as the financial balances you submit. Save your money time and respect because this company does not care about their clients, just the money that can steal from them. Global holdings will sift money from your account without documentation of what its for, beware, and watch your funds!

1 /5 Norma Jeffers: Worst company to settle debts. Paid into account from March 2021 until April 20)24. They only settled one account. Kept drafteing out of my account. I was sued by one credit company was advised Amerilit would take care of it. They did not show up in court. I lost the case obviously because I was not represented and now ordered to pay garnishment out of my bank account for full amount of debt enrolled in Timberline Financial. They have lost a class action law suit on 1/7/2025 in New Jersey case and have been ordered to refund all payments and fees. Look into it and get your money back from these thiefs.

1 /5 carlos paulino: Timberline financial doesnt do absolutely nothing that you cant do yourself. Even if you receive and accept a offer directly from a creditor if that creditor was in the contract with Timberline Even if they had no participation in the offer they will still take 25 percent of original debt and its legal. My settlement was $1200 and Timberline fee was deducted 3000 from my account as theyre fee. Let that sink in for a minute i paid them 3 times more than the settlement offer although they had no contact with them. I understand when people are under pressure especially debt we make decisions without thinking thoroughly but I recommend that you never do business with Timberline or any debt settlement company that is for profit.most states offer free services or can recommend a reputable company.

1 /5 Ana A. Martin: If I only could leave zero stars, I would have. I have been in the program with Timberline for almost three years and I finally cancelled on September 27, 2023. My experience with them has been nothing but unpleasant. Be aware!!! They sweet talk you in every and which way to get you to sign in, and they neglect your accounts by letting the creditors sue you and then Timberline assigns your account with their in-house law firm, Amerilit. You only get to work with an inadequate paralegal, who supposedly has your best interest, but this system only reaps more money from you. I have called several times, asking Timberline to contact my creditors due to law suit threats and actually has gotten served twice and they completely neglected my calls and requests. Stating that they have a system. And the system is such. to allow you account to go into a lawsuit and have the Amerilit handle it by charging you even more money. I caught on to their lies and finally cancelled after 2.5 years. I was told I had $960 in my escrow amount upon cancellation on 9/27/2023. I requested a statement and a refund. I was told it will take 2-4 weeks to process. When nothing was emailed/sent, I called again on 10/23/2023 and was told that the refund was not processed because they didnt know where to sent the refund but I should receive in within 7-10 business days. Nothing happened and no statement was emailed. I just called them again today and escalated to speak to a manager. The manager told me that there is no refund as the $960 was used to pay fees that I owed them. What fees? I have been paying 25% fees monthly to them since November 2020 and with a $777 monthly fee they have only settled 2 accounts. You can imagine my frustration and disgust with these crooks. Be very aware that they DO NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST. They are crooks.

1 /5 Barbara Smith: I wish I could go back in time and tell myself not to fall for this. I paid way more money to Timberline than to any of my creditors. I highly recommend that you do what I did--after your last payment has been drafted from your bank account, close the account. Open a new bank account that they cant access. So many people have had drafts continue after they were supposed to end. I had a call from Timberline telling me that I still needed to pay more, even though all of my debt was paid off and I reached the end of the program. I let them know that it wasnt going to happen, and they backed down.
