3 /5 Harold Felt: A very information exchanging & gathering process for sure. Felt like it went on forever. Once I went to pick up my check, employees were arguing with each other, disagreeing & down being unprofessional & rude to towards each other BUT more importantly me. The agent I was dealing was really trying but the office is a very dynamic environment. I probably should have just got a loan from "Louie" down the street for a lot less hassle. Be cautious near this location. Save your sanity.

2 /5 phil jordan: They lie about everything just to get you to sign up. They sell you insurance on your loan but if you ever are out of work forgot about ever getting to use it, so much fine print be they dont tell you about. Not surprised however these big corporations are all the same.

1 /5 Michael Cone: Waste of time, went above and beyond to get everything sent. Called to change insurance binder on car with new lien holder just to get declined 30 minutes before closing due to $60.00 of overdrafts in a three month period. Bad business and terrible customer service, the app to add documents is terrible as well. Don’t waste your time.

5 /5 Jada: Tina was absolutely amazing! This branch is wonderful and everyone was very pleasant to speak to/work with! Tina is very knowledgeable and gave my boyfriend and I very helpful tips & hints when it came down to talking about all of the “nitty gritty” details of our loan. She very thoroughly and clearly explained other things (such as the life & disability insurances, etc) and made it very easy for us to discuss our options and make the best decision for us. I feel that OneMain in general gets a really bad rap and I don’t believe it’s at any fault of their own - people just need to understand the ins & outs of applying for a loan. Especially with poor/mediocre credit! Anyways - this branch is wonderful and if you ever want/need to inquire about a loan for yourself for any reason, consider stopping in to this OneMain branch. Lori, the branch manager, is nothing short of a very sweet woman! I worked mainly with Tina and she was PHENOMENAL, she was honest & straightforward, transparent & informative; nowadays that’s very hard to find. It was an absolute pleasure working with this office, thank you Tina & OneMain Latham!

1 /5 Coles Victor “Ghost”: Im extremely disappointed. What a complete rip-off by the end of a $6k loan. Ill end up paying 5k on top of the 6k! What a complete rip-off! I am very disappointed in the way they do the customer. What a way to take advantage. Update: I did speak with the loan "specialist," & they wanted me to fill out a new application for more money! I will never do business with this company ever again! Find other means when looking for a loan! If I had known this in the beginning, I wouldnt have done business with this company!
