From the very beginning, their response time has been incredibly fast—no matter the question or need, someone is always available and ready to help. Frank and his team are not only quick to respond, but also extremely diligent and thorough in their work. Suditi was extra nice only when they 1st signed me on and she even responded to texts I sent after hours, tho I didnt expect her to, but boy did that change once youre a customer. I had trouble signing my "docusign" docs for the ins co and sent her a text and she was conveniently out for days and never responded to my texts at least to say shes out and that I should call the office for "Frank" the Owner/Broker. They never responded to my texts and emails to both Suditi and Frank D, the owner/broker...wow...nice way to do business and so disappointing. Bc of their bad business in not getting back to me the insurance co dropped me as of that month. Never again. With some scrambling with not much time thank goodness I was able to get another Broker no thanks to this "Farmers" group. Wish I could offer a sincere "thanks and great work to you, guys"-Not!

1 /5 affie sabbagh: Extremely disrespectful staff- Frank and Bruce wont get back to you. And then you have Andrea, disrespectful, rude, and has no idea what shes doing. Go to another Farmers Agency.
