1 /5 Steffany Raj: When I first got my TLC insurance, I went through them and got coverage no hassle but the woman I dealt with is no longer there. She has left and since she has left they have fell through the cracks. The way they talk to people and hang up the phone is just plain disgusting. They speak to you as if they are doing you a favor when it’s the other way around. Without us TLC drivers you wouldn’t have a reason to exist. We provide the money for your business in order for it to continue. They lack the simple etiquette of professionalism. They will sit here and say oh we are very busy and I walked in there snd there was no one in the place when I walked in. I have noticed the amount of drivers that used to be sitting outside waiting to renew their policies is no longer the same. Maybe it’s because of the tone they been using. To top this very thoughtful long review, the manager Sarah, Associate Leon and Associate Angela S does not deserve our money. They deserve nothing. Business like this needs to go in for review snd going further I will be putting in a complaint with the better business bureau for the tone and racial slurs they have insinuated. At a time like you start to see businesses real colors. Further I hope to be seeing them in court cause I will be filing a claim with the court system.
1 /5 Junjie Su: The broker name is Amber. Sucks. Make my customer back forward couple times just for give me the binder. Usually broker will send the insurance ID Card and the binder to the dealership. But this lady tell my customer bring the paper and go to dealership! R u the first day be in the business? Wasting my customer’s time. I will definitely tell all my TLC customers. And see how you deal with the customers!
1 /5 Md Kawsar Hussen: I am their client for more than 3 years. I barely need to talk to them unless renewing the insurance. But every time I have talked to them, I had negative experience. They are very rude and unprofessional. They will talk to someone else while you are in with them in phone. So, you confuse, who the person is talking to.
1 /5 Joe G: Worth TLC insurance broker Ever, first they treat you like your work for them, and they do you a favor by giving you insurance, the guy in the front is nice, but he only handle claims, the bald guy is rude, they don’t give you good rate, they always try to over charge you, just shop around before going there, you will get better deals from other brokers & they will treat you better like a paying customer.
1 /5 Nabaraj Khadka: Very bad experience, they charge me 3 times in a one month and when I found their irregularities they did very bad behavior to refund me my money! It took 7 days to get back my money !
So sad to them, they even didnt apologize to me!
How dare them to took money from my account with out my consent!

H Yeager One of my longtime customers was recently visiting friends in Norwich and had a problem with the key fob in their rental vehicle. It wouldnt start the vehicle and they were stuck. The rental car company was no help, and neither was the company who arranged the rental for them. On a whim they called Wayne Emmons State Farm to ask for help. Wayne and a team member picked them up and gave them a ride to a local Chrysler dealership and they replaced the battery in the key fob without charge! It is so refreshing that Wayne provided such Good Neighbor service to my customers in a time of need putting service to others before self. Thank you for the amazing compassion and service Wayne!
Stephen Dillenbeck I have been with leatherstockings for 10 yrs at least. Recently we experienced a terrible fire that ripped through our home completely destroying it. We lost everything in our house and the complete structure coming out with only the clothing on our backs. Everyone that I dealt with was super professional and kind that goes from Kevin the assessor, Bill the investigator and Matt. They were quick to get us a check cut for contents and hotel / rental accommodations we couldn’t have been more thankful (within a week) then they processed the rest of our claim with speed and fairness. Within 3 weeks they cut us a check for the structure and now we can breath easy knowing we will be ok. I felt the costumer service was incredible (no automated calling you speak to a person). They got us back on our feet and we don’t have to worry about a place to live or rebuilding. I highly recommend this company.
