1 /5 Rose Lane: The main head lady TALL with short curly hair, Not only yelled at her employees, but yells at her customers. I got annoyed with the fact that when I got there the “Just somehow went up another hundred dollars Ended up being told that There was a $80 fee for them to even help me. Which was not mentioned at all My whole insurance quote got switched. when I was trying to get a better understanding on the whole switch up with the quote, the lady got pretty annoyed because I just didn’t Understand she tried telling me that she could just kick me out of the store. The main lady not only was yelling at me and her employees But was being extremely disrespectful and calling me “privileged” not 1 time not 2 times but 3 TIMES. I found it absolutely discriminating. When I told her and employees to have a better day and that I hope they get treated better. The main lady told the one younger girl that was helping me to block me out of the system so that I would never be able to go there again DO NOT RECOMMEND

2 /5 P B: I called Endurance Extended Warranty to check on extended warranty on my vehicle and unfortunately, they dont cover MO. So, they transferred me to Autoinsure. I ended up speaking to someone named Willie. He began telling me about what all Autoinsure covers under the new car plan and the down payment and monthly payment which all sounded good. He then decided to check with the Loyalty Discount Plan which was even better as far as the down payment and monthly payments are concerned because the down payment and monthly payment were cheaper.. The down payment and monthly payments wasnt bad, but the overall price was expensive. It is $4,235. Its not a bad price if you have money like that. I dont have it like that. I do have other obligations like bills and a car note. I asked him if I could take some time and think about this and also talk it over with my husband. I could sense in his voice that he had gotten a little dissapointed because I wasnt ready to jump into this deal. I do not and will not be pressured into anything Im not sure of and ready for.

1 /5 P.Vasquez: They always put you on hold when you call. Wasted 35 mins of my lunch break to then be told “we’re still working on your quote, we’ll call you when it’s ready” been waiting 3 days!
