Shelbylyn Rhoades Jen is the best. Nothing beats her. When you call the automatic phone number just keep asking for Jen at the utica office and they will put you through and she won’t sugar coat anything. She is super nice and willing to work with anyone. Although respect is earn, so if you give respect then Jen will help you otherwise don’t bother. She understands that life happens and how tight money can be. I 120% recommended her to anyone.

The process was so fast and I am so thankful to have AAA. Putting the request in on the app, confirming the details with a staff member on the phone and then having the service done, was done within a half hour. You cant get better than that!

John Molloy Dealing with insurance categorically sucks, but the secretaries are very kind and thorough, the agents are professional, prompt, and attentive to detail. They do a good job of giving it a “small hometown business” feel which makes a big difference when you’re navigating the system.
