You can tell how passionate they are to help you find the best policy at the most reasonable price----they truly care about you, which is incredibly rare. I had been in a difficult situation trying to find affordable flood insurance and was given their number. John spent a tremendous amount of time hunting down the right carrier to find me what was truly an unbelievable premium. Just recently, I had a very serious problem due to an error made by my previous agent where they have entered incorrect date of my cancellation and DMV suspended my ability to renew my registration and even my driving license. I was not able to get the previous agency to help me in a timely matter, in fact they just kept saying that it is out of their hands and they have a different department for that. Laura was able to help me speed up the process by talking to them and DMV, tremendous help in an extremely stressful time.
