1 /5 will lawlor: This company is disgustingly unprofessional i called for a tow and they couldn’t find my account even though i set it up not even TWO full days ago and was charged over $100 for the membership. Then they refused to tow my truck because the driver was “too scared” to get it out of a dealership parking lot. the truck was in position to be extremely easy to take out but they didn’t care about any of that and they have now caused me to miss my appointment tomorrow morning and i have no idea when my truck will be back on the road, instead of it being driveable tomorrow. Absolutely horrendous customer service. The man on the phone told me “he won’t do it he doesn’t want to… I mean he’s scared” like what dude you are a tow truck driver and you guys claim to be so helpful and the best roadside service around but can’t complete a simple tow. I will be cancelling my membership and will NEVER EVER recommend this bottom tier company to anyone.

5 /5 jenna quimby: Anthony from AAA towed my vehicle after receiving a flat tire. Anthony was very helpful and polite. I could not have asked for better service. The process was so fast and I am so thankful to have AAA. Putting the request in on the app, confirming the details with a staff member on the phone and then having the service done, was done within a half hour. You cant get better than that!
